    อสร 5 ลิต
    น้ำเปล่า 5 ลิตร
    เกลือ 2 ถุง
    กระเทียมดอง 1 ถุง
    พริก 1 กระบวย
    น้ำปลา 7 ขวด

    การคั่วพริก

    พริกจินดา 10 ก.ก.
    คั่วจนนิ่มดำ บดให้ละเอียด
    ใส่เกลือ 1 ถุง ใส่น้ำส้ม อสร.
